READING 11 OF YOUR ERA+ ARC ANALYSIS ↓ PREMIUM

This is a real reading format. The words are always yours.

How It Works

Thirty seconds. Once a week. That’s it.

01

Show up.

Open the app once a week. Answer three questions about your week — what you built, what surprised you, what stayed unfinished. No journaling. No daily friction.

02

The AI reads between the lines.

Not what you said — what the space between your answers reveals. Patterns you've been living inside but couldn't name. The shape of your current chapter.

03

Your era arrives.

A cinematic reading appears. Your era is named. Your timeline grows one frame richer. Wednesday brings a single line from the reading — your anchor for the week.

Why Current Era

Not a journal.
Not a horoscope. Something new.

You don't journal.

Three questions. That's it. The AI does the reading — you just show up. No daily prompts, no streaks, no blank pages.

It names the era, not the mood.

Not "you seemed tired today." The chapter you're actually living inside — named, framed, and placed in your timeline.

It builds as you live.

Every reading is a frame in an ongoing story. A living timeline of your life that gets richer with every week.

No birth chart. No algorithms. Just you.

The readings come from what you've shared — not the stars, not your browsing history. Grounded. Yours.

What’s Inside

Six things that arrive every reading.

Era Name

The chapter title you couldn't write yourself.

Each era is named with the precision of a film title. Not a vague mood — a specific, cinematic label for the season you're living through.

Cinematic Line

One sentence. The most honest thing.

Every reading surfaces a single cinematic sentence — the line that names what you've been circling without knowing it. This is the sentence that stays with you.

Mood Landscape

Four dimensions of your inner weather.

Focus. Clarity. Momentum. Groundedness. Not a score — a landscape. You can see at a glance what the season is actually made of.

Plot Twist

The thing you've been avoiding seeing.

Every reading ends with a gut punch. A reframe. The observation the AI noticed that you'll wish you'd arrived at yourself. Painfully, precisely true.

Era Timeline

Your life, as a living document.

Every reading is a frame. Your timeline grows richer with every week — a cinematic record of the seasons you've moved through, searchable and yours.

Era Bonds

Share your era with one other person.

Bond with someone. See each other's era names and cinematic lines — a private window into another person's season. Not a social feed. Something quieter.

Early Access

The app finds things you didn’t know to look for.

I didn't know what to call this year. Calling it 'The Long Becoming' made me cry in a Starbucks.

K.M.London

Other apps want me to journal every day. Current Era asks three questions once a week and somehow knows more than six months of therapy.

D.R.New York

The Plot Twist card got me. I shared it in my next session. My therapist screenshot it.

A.L.Los Angeles

My best friend and I bonded. Her era was 'The Quiet Arrival.' Mine was 'The Long Unraveling.' Six months of friction finally made sense in one glance.

J.T.Chicago

FAQ

A reading is a weekly AI-generated document about your life — not a horoscope, not a mood log. It processes what you've shared about your week, identifies patterns across your answers, names the era you're in, and writes a cinematic summary. Think of it as a director's commentary on your own life, arriving once a week.
It reads what you've shared — what you're building, what's unfinished, what surprised you — and identifies the underlying narrative. Era names like "The Long Becoming" or "Quiet Dissolution" emerge from patterns across multiple weeks, not a single moment. The AI looks for the shape of the chapter, not just the content of the day.
Thirty seconds. Three questions. You answer them in the app, and your reading arrives within a minute. There's no journaling, no blank page, no streak to maintain.
No. Current Era doesn't ask you to journal. Three short questions about your week — and the AI does the reading. The whole design premise is: you show up, the app does the work of interpretation.
Journaling apps ask you to write, then help you process what you wrote. Current Era inverts that. You answer minimal prompts, and the AI surfaces what you couldn't name yourself. It also builds a temporal narrative — eras, not entries. And it produces cinematic output, not summaries.
Free gives you your era name, your cinematic line, community feed access, and one Era Bond. Premium unlocks your full reading — mood landscape, flags, arc detection, your complete era timeline, unlimited Era Bonds, and the Wednesday Era Echo notification. See the Pricing section for full details.
Era Bonds let you connect with one other person to share eras. You'll see each other's era names and cinematic lines — a private, intimate window into someone else's season. It's not a social feed. Free users get one Bond; Premium users get unlimited.
On Wednesday evenings, the app sends you a single line from your most recent reading — the most emotionally specific, cinematic sentence from your era. It arrives as a push notification and acts as a mid-week anchor. It's a Premium feature.
Eras aren't on a fixed schedule. They shift when the AI detects a meaningful change in your patterns — a tonal shift, a new theme emerging, a chapter closing. Some people move through two eras in a month. Others sit in one for a season. It's determined by your actual life, not a calendar.
Yes. Your readings are private to you (and visible to someone you've bonded with, only at your initiative). We use Firebase for secure authentication and data storage. We do not sell your data, and your readings are never used to train AI models. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
